Trips can be set up with an initial deposit to book. Students can then make payments in amounts that work for them, with the remaining balance due 45 days before departure.

Do you plan ski club trips throughout Western Canada and the Western USA?
Yes. We plan custom group trips throughout Western Canada, including the Canadian Rockies and Powder Highway. We can also build select ski and adventure trips into the Western United States, depending on your group's plans and destination.
Can you plan multi-resort ski trips?
Absolutely. We can build single or multi-resort itineraries throughout Western Canada and into the Western USA, coordinating accommodations, transportation and the logistics between each stop.
What size groups can you accommodate?
We work with ski clubs and organizations of different sizes, from smaller groups of
around 20 travellers to large groups of 100+. Tell us about your group and we'll help determine the best trip options and logistics.
Can you arrange transportation, accommodations and lift tickets?
Yes. Depending on your trip, we can coordinate airport transfers, private motor coach transportation, rail travel, accommodations, lift tickets, activities and custom itineraries.
Your group can also receive a private trip page where travellers can view trip
information, register and make payments online.
Do you plan summer trips for ski clubs and organizations?
Yes. Many clubs travel together beyond ski season. We can build summer adventures
that include hiking, biking, rafting, golf, sightseeing and other experiences throughout Western Canada.
