How many people do I need to book group travel?
You can travel with Backside Tours whether you're coming on your own, bringing
a few friends or organizing a larger group. Groups of 10+ can join one of our
scheduled trips and unlock group pricing and organizer perks. Looking for your
own dates, destination or itinerary? We can also build a custom group trip around
your plans.
Can everyone in my group book and pay individually?
Yes. Depending on your trip setup, travellers can register and pay individually
online. Bring the Crew groups receive a unique group booking code, while
custom groups can have their own private trip page where travellers can view trip
details, register and make payments.
What's the difference between Bring the Crew and Build a Group Trip?
Bring the Crew is for groups of 10+ joining one of our scheduled trips and
unlocking group pricing and organizer perks. Build a Group Trip is for groups
looking for their own dates, destination and customized itinerary. Not sure which
option fits? Talk to us and we'll help you figure it out.
What does Backside Tours take care of when planning a group trip?
Backside Tours can coordinate transportation, accommodations, activities, lift
tickets, custom itineraries and trip logistics. For custom group travel, we'll work
with you to build the trip around your group's goals, schedule and budget.

That's completely okay. Tell us about your group, approximate number of
