Friday, January 15, 2027
1400 hrs: Load bus at Strathcona Home Depot – 6725 104 St
(Please park along the far east side of the parking lot along Gateway Blvd.)
*PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
1430 hrs: Buses depart for Panorama
1730 hrs: Calgary pick-ups at the Sandman across from COP
(125 Bowridge Drive NW)
(Please park on the far north side of the hotel lot and register with the hotel before leaving.)
1800 hrs: Depart Calgary
2000 hrs: Quick stretch stop at the AB/BC Highway Overpass
2130 hrs: Approximate arrival at Panorama Mountain Resort – The Approach
(2040 Summit Dr, Panorama, BC V0A 1T0)
*Please remain seated until your Trip Experts have handed out room keys and lift tickets.
Evening: Head out to the T-Bar Pub, explore the village, or settle into your room.

1500 hrs: Meet at the T-Bar Pub (base of the hill) for après ski fun
Evening: Enjoy Panorama nightlife, hot pools, and mountain vibes.
If staying in your room, please ensure front and deck doors remain closed to avoid noise complaints.

0900–1100 hrs: Pack up and move all gear into day rooms (if late checkout is not provided).
(Day rooms will be identified on your check-in sheets or ask your Trip Experts.)
0900 hrs: Lifts open – Ski/Ride all day
*Ski/Ride safe and STAY IN BOUNDS.
1500 hrs: Final après ski meet-up at the T-Bar Pub
1530 hrs: Bus available for loading
1600 hrs: Buses depart for Edmonton
1930 hrs: Calgary drop-offs and supper break
2000 hrs: Depart Calgary
2130 hrs: Red Deer drop-offs
2300 hrs: Approximate arrival in Edmonton

Come prepared for a full day on the course by wearing comfortable golf attire and appropriate footwear. Don't forget your clubs, golf gloves, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a reusable water bottle. Bring a light jacket for cooler morning temperatures and your best game, because great prizes, good company, and unforgettable memories are all part of the experience. Transportation, golf carts, and the post-round dinner are included, so you can simply relax and enjoy the day.

Backside Tours Disclaimers:
- Trip Insurance: Backside Tours strongly recommends that all travelers purchase trip insurance.
- Responsibility for Injury and Property: Backside Tours is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss to persons or property during the duration of the package tour. Participants are solely responsible for the care and welfare of their own property, as well as any property they interact with.
- Supplier Liability: Backside Tours is not liable for the actions, omissions, or services provided by third-party suppliers such as transportation companies, accommodation providers, or ski resorts. Any issues arising from cancellations, complications, or extensions of the package are not the responsibility of Backside Tours.
- Waiver Requirement: All participants are required to sign a waiver prior to engaging in any package activities booked through Backside Tours.
- Acts Beyond Our Control: Backside Tours accepts no responsibility for acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, road closures, equipment failure, vehicle accidents, illness, theft, criminal activity, delays, civil disturbances, government restrictions, or supplier-related issues. Backside reserves the right to modify the itinerary as necessary for the comfort and safety of participants and will inform the Group Organizer of any significant changes. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of Backside Tours.
- Health and Safety Risks: Participation in the package may expose individuals to communicable diseases, including COVID-19. While all reasonable measures will be taken, the risk of illness remains, and participants assume full responsibility for following all required protocols from Backside Tours, suppliers, and governing authorities. Participants knowingly accept the risks of injury, illness, and loss during the tour, including any risks resulting from negligence or misconduct on the part of Backside Tours or its service providers.
- Age and Fitness Requirements: Some activities in the package may require a minimum level of physical fitness or skill. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are physically capable of engaging in the activities included in the package. Backside Tours is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to meet fitness or skill requirements.
- Room Occupancy Policy: Room rates are based on full occupancy. If a room is not filled to its designated capacity (e.g., quad, triple, or double occupancy), I understand that the remaining participants in that room must share the cost difference unless otherwise agreed in writing by Backside.
- Photographic/Video Release: By participating in the package, participants grant Backside Tours permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the tour for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without further consent or compensation.

Safety on the Slopes
Follow all mountain safety rules, stay within your skill level, and ask for help if needed. Prioritize safety for yourself and others.
Hotel and Après-Ski Etiquette
Respect shared spaces and quiet hours. Party responsibly and ensure that your actions do not disrupt others' enjoyment or cause any damage.
Responsible Stewardship
Leave no trace. Dispose of waste properly, recycle when possible, and treat the environment with care to preserve the mountains for future guests.
Cancellation Policy 2026/27 Season
Deposit, Cancellation Assurance & Name Changes
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant up to 46 days prior to departure, subject to applicable supplier requirements.
Cancellation Assurance is an optional add-on available at the time of booking. If purchased, your deposit is refundable if you cancel 46 days or more before departure.
Cancellation Assurance must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
