4:30 pm: Bus available for loading at the Strathcona Home Depot (6725 104 St NW, Edmonton)

5:00 pm: Bus departs for Banff

6:30 pm: Stop in Red Deer to pickup participants

8:00 pm: Stop in Calgary for a bite to eat and to pick up participants

8:30 pm: Depart Calgary

9:45 pm: Approximate arrival at the Banff Inn

Please stay seated while your Trip Experts check you in.

* When you receive your lift pass, please tear off the bottom portion of your ticket and store it in a safe place (ensure you bring it with you in your ski jacket). If your lift ticket is misplaced, you need this stub to replace your lift ticket at any of the ski resorts guest services. Notify them you are booked with Backside Tours and at the discretion of the ski resort, they may reissue the lift ticket. No guarantee of refund.*

Morning: Please find your shuttle time in the links below for schedules to and from either Lake Louise or Sunshine.  CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE:

Meet the town shuttle at either  Banff Caribou Lodge or Fox Hotel 
Sunshine Village
Lake Louise

Afternoon: Be sure to find your return shuttle times in the above links to head back to the Banff Inn at the end of your ski day.

Evening: Enjoy Banff townsite. If staying in your rooms, please keep noise to a minimum.

Sunday February 5, 2023

7:30-8:30 am: The Backside Tours Bus will be available this morning to load your personal gearbefore you catch the town shuttle to either Lake Louise or Sunshine (Day two of CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE)  If you miss loading your
overnight bags on to the bus, please ask if the front desk is able to store them for you for the day

Morning: Depart for either Lake Louise or Sunshine! (Review the above links for shuttle times)

Ski and ride all day - ski with a buddy and stay IN BOUNDS

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you catch the correct shuttle from the ski resort ensuring you are back to the Banff Inn by 5:00pm at the latest!

5:30 pm: Backside Bus departs for home

6:45pm: Stop in Calgary to drop off participants and grab a bite to eat

8:45 pm: Drop of Red Deer participants

10:15 pm: Approximate arrival in Edmonton
