• If the trip is departing from Edmonton, and I live in Red Deer or Calgary, may I still come on the trip?

  Yes, Backside motor coaches typically stop to pick up joiners in Red Deer at Staples in Gasoline Alley, or at Pete's Drive In in Calgary.

• Do the rooms have kitchens?

  Yes! Each room contains full kitchens. Access to public bbq's as well

• How do we get to the hill each morning?

  Accommodation is on-hill so step out of your room to walk to the nearest lift

• Can I rent from the hill?

  Yes! You can pre-arrange rentals through your group organizer.

• What is there to do in on-hill?

  Shopping, spa facilities, 6000 square foot hot outdoor hot pools

• Is there a place where we can buy groceries or liquor that we forgot?

  Yes! There is a general store in the lower village for essentials, as well as a liquor store.

• Do we have to check out on our last day?

  We will arrange for your gear to be packed and placed in a day room or on the bus. This information should be on your welcome letter in your room when you arrive. Ask guides if you do not know. Note: Pack a change of clothes to quickly change into after a long day of riding!
