What makes Backside Tours unique is the people. On the bus ride, on the hill, or during après ski activities, Backside guides express their passion for people and for the snow culture. In our friendly and personable Canadian style, our guides work hard to facilitate your trip experience so you can concentrate on creating memories - while Backside takes care of the details.

Backside lost one of our own Christmas 2007 and has officially dedicated this 2007-08 season in loving memory of an amazing skier, fantastic friend, and beautiful person... TAL HOFSTRA

Backside guides are along to assist with the following:

• Greet everyone as they arrive at the departure point and help load luggage underneath the coach.
  
  

• Take charge of the group as people arrive so everyone knows which bus they're on and the plan of action (arrival times, breaks, etc.).
  
  
• Assist with entertainment options and coordinate games to give away sponsor prizes during the bus trip to the destination.
  
  
• Ensure everyone finds their proper room, receives lift tickets, knows the departure time in the morning.
  
  
• Help with any special requests or extra assistance required.

Our guides are primarily young professionals and mature university students. We respect the fact that some experienced group organizers may not require a guide, but if you do, we will be pleased to facilitate entertainment and host the après-ski social activities as the tour progresses. And we DO take requests for guides!
