Banff - The second best thing to riding Sunshine/Lake Louise is staying in the beautiful town of Banff. After a long day of riding, I love heading back into town because there is always something to do I didn't get to do my previous visit. A new restaurant to eat at or a new ski and board shop to find sweet gear in. To top it all off the night life in Banff is never a letdown. Aurora Nighclub is my personal fav because of the variety. Legends Legendary

Legends is a great spot for and apres ski beverage (or seven) if you've had a big day riding Lake Louise. It's in the basement of the Lake Louise Inn, so get a room at a great rate and stay the night. Legends is the most fun in the small town of Lake Louise you can have off of the mountain. The food is good and the portions are big. They have great happy hour specials and a little later on live music or a pumping dj. Thursday night is locals night, so if you like to party late into the night dancing with the cute liftie from New Zealand, you will love Legends. -KEITH Y (Backside Guide)
